Brianne Bellwood, RVT, VTS (Clin Path), CCRVN
Brianne is a 2002 graduate of the AHT program
at Olds College. After graduating, Brianne
worked in mixed animal practice that also
included exotic and wildlife medicine. In
2008, Brianne began teaching at
Lakeland College in the Animal Health
Technology and Veterinary Medical
Assistance programs. In addition to teaching,
Brianne also served a Program Coordinator
for the AHT program and is currently the
Program Coordinator for the VMA Program.
In 2016, Brianne achieved her NAVTA
Veterinary Technician Specialty designation
in the field of Clinical Pathology from the Academy of Veterinary Clinical Pathology Technicians.
While continuing to pursue her passion in Clinical Pathology, Brianne has also earned her certification as a
Certified Canine Rehabilitation Veterinary Nurse (CCRVN) through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute.

Interests
Outside of the veterinary lab, Brianne enjoys photography and is involved in competitive dog sports including Agility and Herding. This has led to an interest in Canine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
